The Amsterdam office is the location for Group's holding company for its international subsidiaries and employs approximately 30 employees of different nationalities. The legal team in Amsterdam consists of the Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs and a senior Legal Counsel. Currently, this company is seeking a Paralegal to support both the Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs and the Legal Counsel.

Omschrijving Keeping the company in good legal standing by managing documents and database administration
Preparing and reviewing legal documents and agreements
Providing company secretarial services
Liaison with the company's external legal service providers worldwide and the company's corporate headquarters

Gezocht profiel Degree in law, university or HBO
Just graduated or up to two years of working experience
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Close attention to details while still meeting tight deadlines
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
A flexible, team player and eager to learn
Fluent in English
